”Pastor R. W. Dumas, the Man of God, no job for him was ever too hard. No matter what others would say, this man of God always led the way.He was looking for a building where we may meet, found a place on east 81st street.Said this was the place where he would roam, because it reminded him of the place Jesus was born.It was somewhat like a stable, it had no floor.
A giant post in the center and one big door.All this work they did repair because he was led by the spirit to go there.He followed in the footsteps of Jesus Christ. And we the members followed his advice.
He taught us to pray and keep the faith.And one day we would be led to a great place.Pastor Dumas finished his job with success. And God called him home to his sweet rest. But for all the good work he done just look where God brought us from.
Pastor Lauderdale did a good job.Pastor Newton was faithful and true.Pastor W. C. Bacon who made Pastor R.W. Dumas’s dream come true.
