Deacon Walton faithfully walks six days a week in the mornings. He used to walk around the neighborhood. Now at almost 89 years old, he walks up and down his driveway. Right after the sun rises and before his wife gets up to serve him breakfast, Deacon Walton completes his exercises in the basement and then goes outside to walk. He walks to enjoy nature, to commune with God and to promote a strong heart, muscles and bones. Join Deacon Walton as you too can walk for better health. Walk at the track or gym, in the park, around your neighboorhood, in your driveway or even inside your house.
