Wellness, Fitness, Movement and Exercise should always be a part of our goals. The Bible says our bodies are God’s temple and we want to present our best to God.
Four fitness workouts are presented here. Each one is approximately 30 minutes long. There is a hand weights workout, a chair workout, a yoga ball workout and a cardio workout.
Do what you can for as long as you can. Just be consistent and as you get stronger, you will see lasting results. Just keep moving.
